Four tools we built to go along with the checklists. Each one covers a step that is hard to finish from written instructions alone.
Plan an action
Risk Mapper
Work out what could go wrong before an action, and decide what your group will do about it.
- Everyone adds the risks they are worried about. Then you drag each one onto a grid: how likely is it, and how bad would it be?
- For the risks that land in the top right, you write down two things. How to make it less likely, and how to limit the harm if it happens anyway.
- Share it with your group over an end-to-end encrypted link, or export a PDF for the people who were not at the meeting.
Lock down your profiles
Social Scrub
Walks you through the same eight privacy steps on every social media account you have.
- Pick your platforms from a list of 130 sites, including the ones you forgot about. Add any we missed.
- For each account: delete it or keep it, change your display name and username, remove your photo, take your location and employer out of your bio, and lock down your privacy settings.
- It remembers where you left off, so you can do a few accounts at a time.
Check your device
Security update checker
Find out whether your phone, tablet, or laptop is still getting security updates.
- Type in your model. If you do not know it, the page shows you where to find it in your settings.
- Once a device stops getting updates, every new security hole in it stays open. That makes it much easier for spyware, a hacker, or police forensics tools to get in.
- Covers Apple, Google, Samsung, Motorola, OnePlus, and Nokia devices, plus iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.
Delete old AI chats
AI chat auto-delete
A Chrome extension that deletes your old Claude conversations on a schedule you set.
- You pick how long to keep them. Anything older than 30 days is the default.
- Star the chats you want to keep and it leaves them alone. It can ask you first, or run on its own.
- It records how many chats it deleted, not which ones. Nothing gets sent to us.
